ANALYSIS OF PURI BRATA RESORT & GALLERY BUILDING DESIGN FROM THE ASPECT OF ENVIRONMENTAL GREENNESS AND AESTHETICS

Abstract


This research aims to analyze the design of the Puri Brata Resort & Gallery building in terms of greenness and environmental aesthetics. Greenness and environmental aesthetics are important considerations in building design, especially in the hotel and tourism industry. Through quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research collects data and information through field observations, interviews and documentation analysis. Environmental greenness analysis is carried out by considering design features that support sustainability, including the use of recycled materials, use of renewable energy, and efficient water management systems. Apart from that, aesthetic aspects and cultural values are also analyzed, including integration with the surrounding natural conditions and respect for local cultural heritage. The research results show that Puri Brata Resort & Gallery has implemented environmental green principles in its design, creating an environmentally friendly and aesthetic environment. This building combines modern elements with traditional elements, creating a sense of harmony between humans and nature. This study provides an important contribution to architectural design experts and environmental planners in the development of sustainable buildings. Through the implementation of design that pays attention to greenness and environmental aesthetics, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of the built environment and visitor experience.
