PERAN KEPUASAN DAN KOMITMEN KERJA PEGAWAI DALAM MENJADI MEDIASI ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN STRATEGIS MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PEGAWAI DI LINGKUNGAN BANK BJB YANG BERADA PADA WILAYAH KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT

Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to obtain the results of the analysis and results of studies regarding job satisfaction and work commitment of bank bjb employees who are in the working area of West Bandung Regency in mediating strategic leadership in influencing the performance of these employees. With a total of 73 employees consisting of bank bjb employees and leaders in the West Bandung Regency area, this study collected data through questionnaires distributed with Google Forms to reach all respondents. This research method uses the arithmetic Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with statistical software IBM AMOS 24, where the results of the research are strategic leadership can influence with a percentage of 0.337 or 33.7% positively and significantly employee job satisfaction, then strategic leadership can influence with a percentage of 0.413 or 41.3% positively and significantly employee work commitment, employee job satisfaction can affect it with a percentage of 0.963 or 96.3% positively and significantly employee performance, employee work commitment can affect it with a percentage of 0.199 or 19.9% positively and significantly employee performance and strategic leadership on employee performance can be mediated with a percentage of 0.407 or 40.7% through job satisfaction and employee commitment as mediating variables positively and significantly.

Abstrak: Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis dan hasil kajian mengenai kepuasan kerja dan komitmen kerja pegawai bank bjb yang berada di wilayah kerja Kabupaten Bandung Barat dalam menjadi mediasi kepemimpinan strategis dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai tersebut. Dengan jumlah keseluruhan pegawai sebanyak 73 pegawai yang terdiri atas pegawai serta pimpinan-pimpinan bank bjb di wilayah Kabupaten Bandung Barat, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan dengan Google Form untuk menjangkau seluruh responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode hitung Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software statistik IBM AMOS 24, dimana hasil penelitian adalah kepemimpinan strategis dapat mempengaruhi dengan persentase sebesar 0,337 atau sebesar 33,7% secara positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja pegawai, selanjutnya kepemimpinan strategis dapat mempengaruhi dengan persentase sebesar 0,413 atau sebesar 41,3% secara positif dan signifikan komitmen kerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat mempengaruhi dengan persentase sebesar 0,963 atau sebesar 96,3% secara positif dan signifikan kinerja pegawai, komitmen kerja pegawai dapat mempengaruhi dengan persentase sebesar 0,199 atau sebesar 19,9% secara positif dan signifikan kinerja pegawai dan kepemimpinan strategis terhadap kinerja pegawai mampu di mediasi dengan persentase sebesar 0,407 atau 40,7% melalui kepuasan kerja dan komitmen kerja pegawai sebagai variabel mediasi secara positif dan signifikan.
