PENGARUH PENATAAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA MELALUI KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN “RASCH MODEL”

Abstract


Implementasi dan konsistensi dalam penataan dan pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima di berbagai kota di Indonesia masih belum tercapai karena berbagai faktor. Di Kota Bandung, penataan dan pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima belum berhasil diwujudkan dengan baik. Padahal, upaya tersebut merupakan langkah yang penting untuk menciptakan ketertiban dalam perdagangan bagi pedagang dan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima harus segera dilakukan untuk menciptakan keteraturan dan mengurangi dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh keberadaan Pedagang Kaki Lima liar, seperti masalah sosial, lingkungan, dan kejahatan. Selain itu, kebijakan pemberdayaan juga harus diimplementasikan dengan segera, agar Pedagang Kaki Lima dapat berinovasi dan memberikan peluang usaha dan ekonomi bagi masyarakat umum, termasuk pembukaan lapangan kerja. Artikel ini menyajikan analisis mengenai pengaruh penataan dan pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kota Bandung, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan pengisian kuesioner oleh masyarakat umum, terutama mahasiswa, dan data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Rasch Model.
