SUSTAINABLE MARKETING THROUGH DIGITAL PLATFORMS: TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES

Dr VENKATESH

Abstract

This study explores digital platforms' ability to promote sustainable marketing strategies and how they might spur corporate expansion while encouraging social and environmental responsibility. Organizations are using online channels to execute eco-friendly marketing strategies, involve consumers in sustainability initiatives, and improve brand reputation as a result of the growing acceptance of digital tools. The study looks at the potential, problems, and trends in sustainable digital marketing today and offers practical advice for companies looking to include sustainability into their marketing campaigns. The Garrett Ranking Method is used in this study to assess the main trends and prospects in digital platforms for sustainable marketing. The study determines which digital marketing tactics such as influencer marketing, eco-friendly campaigns, social media interaction, and tailored content are most successful in advancing sustainability by polling 120 consumers and marketing experts. To rank these tactics based on their estimated influence on long-term company growth, Garrett scores were calculated. The findings demonstrate the potential of digital technologies to improve sustainability programs by showing that social media-driven campaigns and tailored client involvement score highly. For marketers looking to successfully include sustainability into digital marketing strategies, this report offers practical insights.
