Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku inovatif dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh duru SD di Desa Gudangkahuripan Lembang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diketahui bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self efficacy, self efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif, dan kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research to see how the influence of job satisfaction on innovative behavior with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all elementary school students in Gudang kahuripan Lembang Village, with a total sample of 100 people using simple random sampling technique. The research method used to collect data was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods and inferential analysis using the help of the Smart PLS version 4 application. The results of this study are known that job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on innovative behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, and job satisfaction has no effect on innovative behavior with self-efficacy as an intervening variable.
