Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik, Indeks Massa Tubuh, dan Disabilitas dengan Tingkat Nyeri pada Pasien Low Back Pain di RSUD Subang

Abstract


Permasalahan low back pain sebagai keluhan yang paling umum terjadi di masyarakat dan menjadi alasan utama untuk menghambat pekerjaan hingga alasan utama untuk tidak bekerja. Nyeri tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh postur yang buruk baik ketika berdiri maupun duduk, mengangkat beban dengan salah dan lain-lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan nyeri punggung bawah pada pasien RSUD Subang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional di mana populasi penelitian ini meliputi 30 pasien di RSUD Subang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner GPAQ untuk mengetahui aktifitas fisik individu, kuisioner RMQ untuk mengetahui disabilitas, dan metode VAS untuk mengetahui tingkat nyeri LBP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kejadian LBP ditunjukan oleh faktor aktifitas fisik yang tinggi (p = 0.003), disabilitas (p = 0.000). Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan BMI dan pasien LBP RSUD Subang.
