Physical Condition Analysis of NFC Jajaka Futsal Team Players Towards the 2023 West Java Nusantara Futsal League

Abstract


This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of NFC Jajaka futsal team players in the West Java region nusantara futsal league. This research is descriptive research. The population used is the NFC Jajaka futsal team players in the West Java region nusantara futsal league as many as 22 people. The method used in this study is the total sampling method with data collection techniques in the form of tests and measurements. The instrument used is the measurement of flexibility with sit and reach, measurement of agility using shuttle run, measurement of speed using 20 meter sprint, measurement of leg power using vertical jump, and measurement of VO2Max using multistage fitness. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the condition of the NFC Jajaka futsal team players in the 2023 West Java region nusantara futsal league is categorized as very good 0% (0 athletes), in the good category of 1% (1 athlete), the sufficient category is 95% (21 athletes), while the category is very poor at 0% (0 athletes). So the physical condition abilities of the NFC Jajaka futsal team players in the West Java region nusantara futsal league 2023 fall into the enough category.
