Abstract

This study aims to focus on information systems in a university library. The purpose of this research was carried out to obtain information about the success of an information system or an existing information system in the university library. Researchers carry out this task to identify aspects that affect the success of information systems, can provide recommendations that can overcome detected weaknesses, and assess success and deficiencies in the information system of a university library. The research method used is qualitative. A qualitative approach is a technique used in research activities, namely by producing descriptive data. The accepted research findings are based on the six dimensions of the Delone & McLean model, which are related to the success of information systems, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction and net benefits.
