PENGARUH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) LITERACY, PELATIHAN TIK, DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP EFIKASI DIRI GURU PAUD DALAM MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI PEMBELAJARAN
Abstract
The rapid development of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) requires Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers to possess adequate competence and confidence in using learning technology. This study analyzes the influence of AI literacy, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) training, and learning motivation on ECE teachers’ self-efficacy in using learning technology in Jabodetabek. The study used a quantitative survey involving 125 active ECE teachers from 80 formal and non-formal institutions, complemented by interviews with seven teachers as supporting explanatory data. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire comprising 23 items measuring AI Literacy, 19 items measuring ICT Training, 29 items measuring Learning Motivation, and 25 items measuring Self-Efficacy. The instruments demonstrated good reliability, with Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of 0.891, 0.903, 0.916, and 0.923, respectively. Questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The results show that AI literacy (B=0.181; t=2.210; p=0.029), ICT training (B=0.363; t=4.164; p<0.001), and learning motivation (B=0.472; t=7.773; p<0.001) each have a positive and significant effect on teachers’ self-efficacy. Simultaneously, the three predictors significantly affect self-efficacy (F=104; p<0.001) and explain 72% of its variance (R²=0.720). Learning motivation is the strongest predictor. Interview findings support the quantitative results by showing that continuous learning, hands-on training, institutional support, and openness to technological innovation strengthen teachers’ confidence in integrating technology into learning.
