Pengaruh Pendidikan Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga Terhadap Literasi Keuangan Dimoderasi Gender

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of family financial management education on financial literacy, moderated by gender, among students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This study is a quantitative, descriptive-explanatory research study. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling method with a sample size of 383 class of 2020 students from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bumi Siliwangi Campus. The validity of the instrument was tested using product-moment correlation, and reliability was tested using Cronbach’s alpha. Data collection was conducted via a Google Forms questionnaire distributed via WhatsApp. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test with the assistance of IBM SPSS V.25 software. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that family financial management education has a positive effect on students' financial literacy at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Also, gender influences family financial management education and positively affects students' financial literacy at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
