FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KESEJAHTERAAN SUBYEKTIF ANAK DIDIK LEMBAGA PEMBINAAN KHUSUS ANAK

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to explore the factors of Subjective Well-Being of students of LPKA. The research used two approach with participants from LPKA Tangerang and LPKA Bandung. In the first research, 90 students filled the questionnaire and the second was qualitative method by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) technique. FDG was performed to 40 juvenille offenders (ABH) that had high subjective well-being. The result were that the factors that affect subjective well-being were the ability of children to cope stressfull situation, ability to adjust in difficult situations, spirituality and social support from family, peers and officers. Based on the results, the researchers concluded the factors that affect subjective well-being of LPKA students includes internal and external factors.


Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subyektif anak didik LPKA. Penelitian dilakukan dua tahap dengan partisipan dari LPKA Pria Tangerang dan LPKA Bandung. Tahap pertama dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 90 anak didik LPKA dan tahap kedua dilakukan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). FDG dilakukan kepada 40 orang anak berkonflik dengan hukum (ABH) yang tingkat kesejahteraaan subyektifnya tergolong tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subyektif anak didik ini antara lain kemampuan anak untuk mengatasi situasi stressfull, kemampuan menyesuaikan diri dalam situasi sulit, spiritualitas dan dukungan sosial yang bersumber dari keluarga, teman sebaya dan petugas lembaga pembinaan khusus anak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut peneliti menyimpulkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan subyektif anak didik LPKA meliputi faktor internal yang bersumber dari dalam diri anak dan faktor eksternal yang bersumber dari lingkungan.
