INTEGRASI KERANGKA KOMUNIKASI S-PE-A-Q-S PADA DESAIN ANTARMUKA E-LEARNING: SEBUAH PENDEKATAN KONSEPTUAL UI/UX
Abstract
Peralihan menuju pembelajaran daring telah mengungkap tantangan dalam desain antarmuka e-learning, di mana aksesibilitas teknologi tidak selalu berbanding lurus dengan penurunan beban kognitif. Penelitian ini merumuskan kerangka konseptual yang mengintegrasikan dimensi komunikasi S-Pe-A-Q-S (Story, Personal Experience, Analogy, Quotes, dan Shocking Data) ke dalam prinsip desain UI/UX. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan lingkungan e-learning yang efektif dalam mengelola beban kognitif, mempertahankan keterlibatan emosional, dan memfasilitasi pemahaman mendalam. Metode yang digunakan adalah Literature Review and Conceptual Modeling dengan menganalisis 10+ jurnal peer-reviewed tahun 2021-2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi S-Pe-A-Q-S melalui elemen visual seperti maskot, personalisasi humanis, scaffolding visual, microcopy inspiratif, dan visualisasi data disruptif dapat mengurangi cognitive fatigue hingga 40%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menawarkan panduan bagi desainer dalam mengembangkan antarmuka yang intuitif dan empatik
