ADAPTASI RANCANGAN TATA RUANG KANTOR PASCA PANDEMI, Studi Kasus: Kantor PT Bank ANZ Indonesia
Abstract
Abstrak: Setelah Pandemi Covid-19 dinyatakan berakhir berdampak dengan bertambahnya permintaan ruang kantor sewa di awal tahun 2023 yang diikuti dengan tren perampingan dan efisiensi ruang kantor diduga menimbulkan masalah baru pada tata ruang kantor konvensional pasca pandemi (JLL 2020a, JLL report Q4 2022). Tren perampingan dan efisiensi ruang kantor ini diperkuat dengan pergeseran sistem online, offline maupun hybrid dan dorongan menuju digitalisasi sebagai respons terhadap pembatasan Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya pada pekerjaan kantor sehubungan dengan keberlanjutan sosial, khususnya lingkungan kerja, kemampuan inovasi organisasi, serta kesejahteraan dan kinerja pekerja kantor (Chafi, Hultberg, and Yams 2022).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja elemen kunci dari adaptasi rancangan tata ruang kantor pasca pandemi di gedung perkantoran di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif analitis yang difokuskan pada ruang kantor PT BANK ANZ INDONESIA di Jakarta yang sudah melakukan adaptasi tata ruang pasca. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adaptasi desain ruang kantor yang fleksibel ditunjang dengan penggunaan aplikasi teknologi akan memungkinkan kantor hybrid menjadi solusi jangka panjang untuk menjawab tren perampingan dan efisiensi kebutuhan ruang kantor.
