MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES MELALUI MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


The implementation of this research is motivated by the low process skills of the students that are on the aspects of observing, interpreting, hypothesizing, applying concepts, and communicating. This study aims to describe: (1) Lesson plan by Problem Based Learning model to increase process skills, (2) Learning process by Problem Based Learning model, and (3) Increasing the process skills by Problem Based Learning model. This researchmethod is Classroom Action Research. The result of the research shows the average observe aspect reached 71% increase to 96% in cycle II. Interpreting aspectreached 70% increased to 89% in cycle II. Hypothesized aspect reached 65% and increased to 88% in cycle II. Applying concept aspects in cycle I reached 71% increase to 93% in cycle II. Communicating aspects on cycle Ireached 67% and increased to 86% in cycle II. Sothe implementation of Problem Based Learning model can increase the five process skills.
