PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KERJA SAMA SISWA KELAS IV SD

Abstract


This research was conducted at SDN P in the city of Bandung with a background of the low level of student cooperation in learning. This is due to the lack of group work and discussion, the students enjoy doing things individually. To overcome this problem, researchers used cooperative learning type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) to improve cooperation in the fourth grade students of SDN P. The method of this study used classroom action research. Data collection techniques in research using observation sheets, field notes and documentation. The subjects in this study were 32 students in the elementary school fourth grade. Data processing and data analysis carried out is qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. In the first cycle the result of cooperation students are on the percentage of 63.84% and increased by 23.21% to 87.05% in the second cycle. This it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) can improve the cooperation of fourth grade students at SDN P.
