Dampak Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Guru Mengajar di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to obtain the magnitude of the influence of leadership efficacy on teaching performance in public elementary schools in Pasawahan District, Purwakarta Regency. In this study, the researcher uses a descriptive quantitative approach to explain the current phenomenon in relation to the research focus set. The data was collected using a purposive sampling technique on 244 existing public elementary school teachers. Through distributing questionnaires, researchers conducted data mining on respondents and obtained data collected by 69 respondents. Determination of this purposive sampling in order to facilitate the conclusions of the research results. The criteria set out in this determination are: 1) the respondent is a civil servant (PNS), 2) has a service period of more than 5 years, and 3) is certified. The test results obtained regression coefficient values of 3.706 and 1.272 on leadership efficacy. Both values are positive, meaning that there is an unambiguous relationship that applies. From these coefficients, it means that when there is an increase of 1.272 in leadership efficacy, this will have an impact on increasing teaching performance by 3.706 linearly. In addition, the t-value also indicates the number is above the required test limit, which is 12,478 (0.0001) so it can be said that leadership efficacy has a significant effect on teaching performance for elementary school teachers.
