DESAIN PENGALAMAN DESA WISATA

Abstract


Pengalaman wisatawan ketika mengunjungi suatu destinasi wisata dianggap sebagai hal terpenting yang dicari dan diharapkan oleh wisatawan. Desa wisata sebagai suatu jenis destinasi wisata yang saat ini didorong untuk berkembang tidak terlepas dari urgensi untuk menciptakan pengalaman bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana suatu destinasi wisata dalam lingkup kecil seperti desa wisata, menciptakan desain pengalaman bagi tamu yang berkunjung. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan in-depth interview kepada stakeholder desa wisata. Hasil wawancara kemudian di analisa melalui prosedur analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menemukan lima komponen yang digunakan oleh stakeholder desa wisata untuk membentuk pengalaman desa wisata, yaitu pelayanan pelanggan, atraksi wisata, fasilitas desa wisata, dan komunitas lokal.
