ANALISIS PENERAPAN VALUE ENGINEERING PEKERJAAN DINDING PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG KANTOR PENGADILAN AGAMA DATARAN HUNIPOPU SERAM BAGIAN BARAT

Abstract


In the construction project of the Hunipopu Seram Religious Court office building, there are problems faced in terms of materials, materials, and work methods. Wasteful materials and long work completion time that causes wasted money. For this reason, it is necessary to apply value engineering (Value Engineering). Value Engineering  is a method that aims to find out how much cost savings after Value Engineering wall work is carried out. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, data obtained from a population sample is analyzed according to the statistical method used. The descriptive research in this study is intended to obtain an overview and information about materials that are more effectively used in the wall work of the Hunipopu Plains Religious Court Office. Based on the results of the analysis using the Value Engineering  method on the wall work of the Hunipopu Dataran Religious Court Office, the author draws the conclusion that, the amount of cost savings from the Alternative Light Brick, Brick, and Conblock, which is the most cost-effective or efficient alternative from the initial material (Red Brick) is the Light Brick alternative with a cost difference of Rp. 880,036,521.85 from the total work of the Court Office Wall The Hunipopu Plain religion which uses Red Brick.
