Sistem Informasi Manajemen Data Personel Batalyon C Pel0por Bima Berbasis Website Menggunakan Framework Laravel dan MySQL

Abstract

Personnel data management at Brimob Battalion C Pelopor Bima currently relies on physical documents and scattered digital files, resulting in administrative delays and data redundancy. This study aims to develop a web-based Personnel Data Management Information System using the Laravel framework and MySQL database to enhance operational efficiency, improve data accuracy, and ensure personnel information security. The Research and Development (R&D) method was employed, encompassing problem identification, data collection, feasibility study, system design, development, testing, and final evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review. Black Box Testing was applied to validate that all functional features perform in accordance with user requirements. The results demonstrate that the developed system successfully integrates all personnel data into a centralized platform, facilitating data entry, retrieval, updating, and report generation in a systematic manner. The system is also equipped with user authentication and permission management features to strengthen data security. Designed to align with Brimob's organizational characteristics, including a multilayered leadership hierarchy and high member mobility, this system is expected to improve administrative quality and support accurate and efficient operational decision-making.
