ANALISIS WORK VALUES DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT KARYAWAN PT. KIMIA FARMA DI BANDUNG

Abstract


ABSTRACT The method used in this research are descriptive and verification method. The population and sample amounted to 115 PT. Kimia Farma Bandung employees, whom working in the Research and Development Unit using total sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Hypothesis test used are F test to see the simultaneous influence and t test to see the partial effect.The results showed that work values, job satisfaction and work engagement, employees of PT. Kimia Farma Bandung is in the high category. The results of F test shows that simultaneously work values and job satisfaction influence work engagement. The results of t test show that partially work values influence work engagement, as well as job satisfaction affects employee work engagement at PT. Kimia Farma in Bandung.

 

ABSTRAKMetode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dan sampel berjumlah 115 karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Kimia Farma Bandung, khususnya pada Unit Research and Development dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji F untuk melihat pengaruh simultan dan uji t untuk melihat pengaruh parsial.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work values, kepuasan kerja dan work engagement, karyawan PT. Kimia Farma Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan work values dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap work engagement. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial work values berpengaruh terhadap work engagement, begitu pula kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap work engagement karyawan pada PT. Kimia Farma di Bandung.
