Implementasi Sistem Informasi Rekrutmen untuk Meningkatkan Efektivitas Komunikasi Perusahaan dan Pencari Kerja
Abstract
Recruitment processes often face communication barriers between companies and job seekers, such as slow response times, lack of information transparency, and difficulties in matching the needs of both parties. This study aims to implement a web-based recruitment information system designed to facilitate communication between companies and job seekers. The research method employs the Extreme Programming (XP) approach, consisting of planning, design, coding, and testing phases. The system was developed using the PHP Laravel framework and a MySQL database. Key features include automated email notifications, a centralized communication management dashboard, a competitive invitation system, and an automated matching platform. Implementation results demonstrate highly stable system performance, with an email notification delivery success rate of 98%, 100% real-time chat message synchronization, and a feedback system ease-of-use rate of 94%. Effectiveness evaluation shows a significant improvement, where average communication response times were reduced from 5 days to 1 day, and the overall recruitment process duration was shortened from 3 weeks to 1 week. This study concludes that the integration of intuitive digital communication features within a recruitment system can improve the candidate experience and overall organizational efficiency.
