PENERAPAN MODEL WRITE AND MOVE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PETUNJUK SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


The result of observation showed that the grade 4 still have a lower ability in order how to write a instruction. The students have difficulties how to explain the meaning and the way to write of instruction sequentially, grammatically, and clearly. Therefore a learning model called “write and move” been made in order to increase teacher performance, student activity and the result of learning itself. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) by using Kemmis and MC design. The Taggart that consist of 4 components, which are : planning, action, observation, and action in 3 cycles. The result at every cycle has increasing. At the first cycle, the percentage of teacher performance plan 91,11%, actuating 80,30%, student activity 5,56%, and learning result 27,78%. At the second cycle the percentage of teacher performance plan 93,33%, actuating 90,91%, student activity 11,11%, and learning result 55,56%. At the third cycle the percentage of teacher performance plan 100%. Actuating 100%, student activity 100%, and learning result 94,44%. Based on the result its proven that the application of “write and move” model can increasing student ability in order how to write instruction.
