PENGGUNAAN MEDIA ULAR TANGGA PASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISA PADA MATERI LETAK GEOGRAFIS INDONESIA

Abstract


Social Sciences Learning in the material geographical location of Indonesia in class V SDN 1 Bojong Lor, has problems namely learning outcomes and students' learning motivation which is low on geographical location material. In learning the teacher does not use learning media that support the material, so that the learning done becomes boring and monotonous and affects the low motivation and low student learning outcomes. Therefore, improvements must be made to the problem. The improvements made are using the PASI snake ladder media in the geographical learning material. The research method used is the research of class action with design proposed by Kemmis and Mc. Taggar. This research was conducted in three cycles, the increase in learning outcomes from each cycle was 48%, 70%, and 87%, and the increase in motivation was 71%, 78%, 86%. It can be concluded that learning using the snake ladder PASI media can increase student motivation and learning outcomes.
