PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI KEGIATAN EKONOMI MELALUI PENGGUNAAN MEDIA ULAR TANGGA

Abstract


Student learning outcomes of fourth grade Mandapa 1 Primary School on the material of economy activity is mostly declared unfinished yet. Thus, it’s considered necessary to make improvement by doing learning activity which more interesting by using snake ladder game media. Through doing Classroom Action Research (PTK) start from planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage, till reflection stage. The instruments of this research are using observation patterns of teacher performance and student activities, vision of teacher and student learning outcomes, and field notes with target 85%. Based on implementation results on cycle I, planning stage merely reached 85%, implementation stage reached 84%, valuations toward learning outcomes reached 72,5% and valuations toward learning outcomes reached 70%. In cycle II and cycle III increased since it’s been done improvement, so planning stage reached 93%, implementation stage reached 91%, valuations toward student activities reached 80% and valuations toward learning outcomes reached 82,5%. In cycle III has reached target and exceeded it, on planning stage reached 100%, implementation stage reached 100%, valuations toward student activities reached 90% and valuations toward learning outcomes reached 95%. There is improvement on learning outcome and student activity, so it can be concluded that utilization on the snake ladder game media make increase student learning outcome on the material of economy activity.
