SABA: Journal of Tourism Research

“Saba” is a word taken from the Sundanese language that means the act of travelling around. This word aligns with this journal’s focus on travel and tourism. Saba : Journal of Tourism Research, is dedicated to disseminating scholarly publications on tourism. This journal was formerly known as Tourism and Hospitality Essentials Journal, established in 2011.

Saba extends an invitation to scholars, professionals, and other stakeholders in the field of tourism to share their research findings, case studies, and practical experiences pertaining to several disciplines within the realm of tourism. The journal encompasses a wide range of topics, including but not limited to tourism philosophy, tourism management, tourism marketing, tourist behaviour, culture, research methodology in tourism, technology and tourism, hospitality, the travel industry, events and festivals, tourism planning, entrepreneurship, education, contemporary tourism studies, and future tourism. This scholarly journal seeks high-quality papers and invites submissions of original scientific research, conceptual research, critical research notes, and case studies.
