PELESTARIAN WARISAN KULINER: MENYEIMBANGKAN TRADISI DAN INOVASI DI DALAM WISATA KULINER
Abstract
Pelestarian warisan kuliner dimulai dari maraknya inovasi kuliner serta masuknya budaya luar sehingga adanya kuliner modern yang lebih tren. Sehingga perlu adanya upaya pelestarian warisan kuliner dengan melakukan kegiatan pariwiata khususnya wisata kuliner karena di dalam kegiatan wisata kuliner dapat mencantumkan kegiatan yang mengenalkan tradisi kuliner autentik yang sudah ada sejak awal sehingga wisatawan juga dapat teredukasi dan memiliki rasa untuk melestarikan warisan kuliner. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan pustaka pada kajian-kajian yang berhubungan seperti penelitian yang mengkaji pelestarian warisan kuliner dan menyeimbangkan tradisi dan inovasi kuliner. Tujuan dilakukan penulisan ini adalah agar mengetahui skema sederhana mengapa pelestarian warisan kuliner dilakukan yang diolah oleh penulis melalui tinjauan pustaka. Pelesteraian warisan kuliner dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan wisata kuliner dengan hasil dapat menyeimbangkan tradisi dengan inovasi atau kontemporer kuliner. Lahirnya hal yang baru bukan berarti hal yang lama ditinggalkan, maka dari itu salah satu penunjang tercapainya pariwisata yang berkelanjutan adalah tidak menghilangkan tradisi yang ada khususnya kuliner sesuai denga nisi artikel ini. Terdapat banyak pihak yang dapat menjaga pelestarian warisan kuliner sehingga pihak educator wisata harus lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan wisatawan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan wisata. Keseimbangan tradisi dengan inovasi kuliner terjadi karena sadarnya masyarakat atau wisatawan terhadap tradisi yang sudah ada sejak dahulu.
