Evaluasi Workshop Penulisan Tugas Akhir dan Karya Tulis Ilmiah Bidang Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan

Abstract


A scientific paper is a final assignment for students obtaining a bachelor's degree. Final-year students writing their final assignments often experience difficulties, especially when processing and analysing research data. Based on these problems, training workshops were conducted to write final assignments and scientific papers in fishery product processing. The training includes providing material, practical analysis of fishery product processing research data using the SPSS software, and evaluation of activities. This research aims to evaluate the training process, including responses to aspects of knowledge, skill, and attitudes of the training participants. The response questionnaire data used a semantic scale of 1-5 with the categories not (1), somewhat (2), quite good (3), good (4), and very good (5) analysed descriptively. This workshop activity was satisfactory for the participants who took part, with an average assessment of the aspects of knowledge, skill, and attitudes of the participants 3.3, which was included in the good category.
