Dampak Pemberian Sport Massage terhadap Laktat Pemulihan

Abstract


Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak sport massage terhadap kadar laktat darah atlet gulat setelah pertandingan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest desain. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang . Untuk pengukuran kadar laktat atlet menggunaka Accutren Lactate . Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan laktat menggunakan simulsi pertandingan. Kemudian data ini diolah dengan uji paired sample T test . Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat perubahan yang signifikan pada kadar laktat darah atlet gulat setelah diberikan Sport Massage dengan nilai sig 2 tailed sebesar 0.01
