Impact of Traditional Mini-Games on Motor Skills and Sportsmanship in Elementary Students
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the impact of implementing traditional games based on mini-athletic games on the motor skills and sportsmanship of elementary school students. The method used is an experimental design with a pre-test post-test approach, involving two groups, the experimental group and the control group. Data were collected through motor skill tests, sportsmanship questionnaires, and social observations conducted before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant improvement in motor skills and sportsmanship in the experimental group after participating in traditional mini-athletic games. In conclusion, traditional games based on mini-athletic games are proven to be effective in improving motor skills and sportsmanship in elementary school students .
