Keseimbangan Harga Dan Kualitas Produk Wisata Di Destinasi Batukaras Pangandaran Menurut Wisatawan

A b s t r a c t

The tourism industry's development has triggered many destinations to compete to show their quality. This study aims to find a balance between the price and quality of tourism products in Batukaras Beach according to tourists. Therefore, tourists often compare the price and quality with another before choosing their destination. The quality of tourism products is a perception of a product about the guarantee of satisfaction that will be obtained from a tourist destination. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to 100 tourists. Data analysis was carried out in two stages. First, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to test the quality of tourism products. Second, different tests and gap analyses were conducted to measure the balance of price and quality of tourism products. The study's results found a significant difference (0.022) between the price and quality of tourism products. This study shows that the balance of price and quality of tourism products is a fundamental factor for a destination in determining future planning. The implication is that developing the quality of tourism products, such as supporting facilities, public toilets, cleanliness, and a variety of tourist attractions, is needed to increase the satisfaction of tourists visiting Batukaras as a destination.

Perkembangan industri pariwisata memicu banyak destinasi wisata berkompetisi menunjukkan kualitasnya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menemukan keseimbangan antara harga dan kualitas produk wisata di destinasi Pantai Batukaras menurut wisatawan. Maka dari itu, Wisatawan seringkali membandingkan harga dan kualitas antara satu destinasi dengan yang lainnya sebelum memilih. Kualitas produk wisata diartikan sebagai persepsi terhadap suatu produk tentang jaminan atas kepuasan yang akan didapatkan dari suatu destinasi wisata. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan distribusi kuesioner kepada 100 wisatawan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui dua tahapan. Pertama, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk menguji kualitas produk wisata. Kedua, uji beda dan analisis gap dilakukan untuk mengukur keseimbangan harga dan kualitas produk wisata. Hasil studi menemukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan (0.022) antara harga dan kualitas produk wisata. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan harga dan kualitas produk wisata menjadi faktor fundamental bagi sebuah destinasi dalam menentukan perencanaan di masa mendatang. Implikasinya, pengembangan kualitas produk wisata seperti fasilitas penunjang, toilet umum, kebersihan dan variasi atraksi wisata diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Batukaras.
