PENGARUH LATIHAN MELALUIMETODE PROBLEM SOLVING DAN KOMANDO TERHADAP PUKULAN BACKHAND DALAM PERMAINAN BULUTANGKIS

Abstract

Backhand punch training in badminton games aims to improve students' ability to master backhand punch techniques in badminton games. The problem in this research is whether there is influence of Problem Solving and Command method to the ability of backhand punch in badminton game. Departing from these problems this study aims to determine the ability of backhand punch in badminton games by using problem solving and command methods to grade V SDN Bunder and SDN Jatianom Kecamatan Susukan Cirebon. This research is an experimental research with test and measurement technique. The subjects of this study are the students of grade V SDN Bunder, which amounted to 44 students and SDN Jatianom, amounting to 43 students. Instrument used is a test of wall volley or blow to the wall for 30 seconds. Data analysis techniques that use the help of SPSS 16.0 For Windows. The results of this study obtained that there is a contribution from the method of problem solving and command to the ability of backhand punch in badminton game As for the conclusion in this research is the practice through problem solving and command method against backhand punch in badminton game.
