Abstract

ABSTRACT

Socio-assessment is an assessment of the educational process from a sociological perspective which includes several things, including: general patterns of student social life (during the learning process or after experiencing learning), students' ways of thinking and acting influenced by how the teacher treats them, student behavior by the social interaction of students both in the school environment and outside the school environment, in the end students will be marginalized after taking education to get the desired change in social status. This study focused on how the implementation, assessment and finding rubrics were carried out during the implementation of the Science (Physics) experiment on some material that had been carried out in several junior high schools. An overview of findings starting from class observations looks at how teachers and students experience social interactions to achieve learning objectives until analyzing findings (reflection) to build a better learning community. Research will produce experimental models and assessment models that are seen to provide meaningful experiences for students in their ability to experiment. The research method used is research and development (R & D). The population used was junior high school students in several different schools with each class conducting experiments with different titles. The results of the study show that there is still a need for teacher action during the learning process. This is based on the findings of the learning process both directly and in writing on the Student Worksheet (LKS). For example for the aspect of observation, some students write down the results of their observations not really based on what is observed using their five senses, but have already touched on the material of Science Physics based on the initial knowledge that each student has. In addition, students have not optimally revealed all observed data. As a teacher's action effort by developing referral questions to make observations relating to observable data, do not allow students to use their knowledge to express observations, this is important so that their observational abilities are trained
