EFEKTIVITAS E-LKPD BERBASIS PROJECT BASED LEARNING TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN KOLABORASI SISWA SMK
Abstract
Collaboration skills are one of the essential 21st-century competencies that need to be developed in vocational education. However, learning activities in Meeting Management subjects at vocational high schools still face challenges in facilitating students’ active engagement in group work. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a Project Based Learning (PjBL)-based E-LKPD in improving vocational high school students’ collaboration skills. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D model, consisting of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The research subjects were 40 students of class XI Office Management at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and collaboration skills observation sheets. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive percentage analysis, Paired Sample t-test, and N-Gain test. The results showed that the developed E-LKPD achieved a validity level of 89.16% and was categorized as highly valid, while also receiving highly practical responses from both teachers and students. The implementation of the PjBL-based E-LKPD was proven effective in improving students’ collaboration skills, as indicated by an N-Gain score of 0.55 (moderate category) and a significant difference between pre-learning and post-learning scores (p < 0.05). The findings indicate that the PjBL-based E-LKPD has the potential to serve as an effective digital learning medium in supporting the development of collaboration skills in vocational education. In addition, this study strengthens empirical evidence regarding the integration of Project Based Learning and digital worksheets in supporting collaborative learning in vocational high schools.
Keterampilan kolaborasi merupakan salah satu kompetensi abad ke-21 yang penting dikembangkan dalam pendidikan vokasi. Namun, pembelajaran pada materi Pengelolaan Rapat di SMK masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memfasilitasi keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam kerja kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas E-LKPD berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yang meliputi tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 40 siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi ahli, angket respons guru dan siswa, serta lembar observasi keterampilan kolaborasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, uji Paired Sample t-test, dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memperoleh tingkat validitas sebesar 89,16% dengan kategori sangat valid serta memperoleh respons sangat praktis dari guru dan siswa. Implementasi E-LKPD berbasis PjBL terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,55 (kategori sedang) serta menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran (p < 0,05). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis PjBL berpotensi menjadi media pembelajaran digital yang efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan keterampilan kolaborasi pada pendidikan vokasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini memperkuat bukti empiris mengenai integrasi Project Based Learning dan lembar kerja digital dalam mendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif di lingkungan SMK.
