MANAJEMEN MUTU BERBASIS NILAI ISLAM (TQM-ISLAM) DI MADRASAH DINIYAH TAKMILIYAH: SINTESIS IḤSĀN, ITQĀN, DAN KHIDMAH DENGAN PRINSIP TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT PADA MADRASAH DINIYAH TAKMILIYAH DI JAWA BARAT

Abstract


This study examines the concept of Islamic Value-Based Quality Management (TQM-Islam) in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) in West Java through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The focus is the integration of three Islamic theological values — Iḥsān (excellence in work), Itqān (precision and thoroughness), and Khidmah (selfless service) — with Total Quality Management frameworks. Using PRISMA guidelines, 1,247 articles from Scopus, WoS, and Google Scholar (2015–2025) were reviewed; 28 met inclusion criteria. The synthesis reveals that Iḥsān drives continuous improvement (kaizen); Itqān aligns with standardization; and Khidmah provides the moral imperative for stakeholder-centered leadership. TQM-Islam is a theologically grounded, contextually relevant, and empirically viable quality management framework for Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia.

 

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep Manajemen Mutu Berbasis Nilai Islam (TQM-Islam) di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) Jawa Barat melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Fokus kajian adalah integrasi tiga nilai teologis Islam — Iḥsān (keunggulan dalam kerja), Itqān (ketekunan dan kesempurnaan), dan Khidmah (pengabdian tulus) — dengan kerangka Total Quality Management (TQM) kontemporer. Menggunakan panduan PRISMA, 1.247 artikel dari Scopus, WoS, dan Google Scholar (2015–2025) ditelaah; 28 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan Iḥsān mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan (kaizen); Itqān selaras dengan standardisasi proses; dan Khidmah memberikan imperasi moral bagi kepemimpinan yang berpusat pada stakeholder. TQM-Islam merupakan kerangka manajemen mutu yang secara teologis berakar, kontekstual relevan, dan empiris viable bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia.
