PENGEMBANGAN LKPD BERBASIS PROJECT BASED LEARNING PADA MATERI GAMBAR PROYEKSI PERSPEKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMKN 1 SUAK TAPEH

Abstract


Technical drawing instruction on perspective projection materials requires learning media that can enhance students’ visual-spatial skills. This study aims to develop a Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) to improve student learning outcomes at SMKN 1 Suak Tapeh. The research employed the 4D development model, which consists of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Validation was conducted by subject matter experts and media experts with results of 80% each, and by instrument experts with a result of 86%, indicating that the LKPD is valid. Practicality testing was conducted in a limited trial involving six students, yielding a score of 84.29%. A large-scale trial was then conducted with 54 students from classes X TKR 1 and TKR 2, resulting in practicality scores of 84.76% and 85.19%, respectively. Interviews with teachers also supported the practicality aspect of the LKPD. The effectiveness of the LKPD was demonstrated by N-Gain scores of 0.8 for class X TKR 1 and 0.95 for class X TKR 2, both categorized as high. These results indicate that the PjBL-based LKPD on perspective projection material is valid, practical, and effective, and is therefore suitable for use in technical drawing instruction in vocational high schools.

 

Pembelajaran gambar teknik pada materi proyeksi perspektif memerlukan media yang mampu mengembangkan keterampilan visual-spasial siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) guna meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMKN 1 Suak Tapeh. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri atas tahapan Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan media masing-masing sebesar 80%, serta ahli instrumen sebesar 86%, yang menunjukkan bahwa LKPD dinyatakan valid. Uji kepraktisan dilakukan secara terbatas pada 6 siswa dengan hasil 84,29%, dan uji skala besar pada 54 siswa di kelas X TKR 1 dan TKR 2 menunjukkan hasil masing-masing sebesar 84,76% dan 85,19%. Wawancara dengan guru juga memperkuat aspek kepraktisan LKPD. Efektivitas LKPD ditunjukkan oleh nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,8 untuk kelas X TKR 1 dan 0,95 untuk kelas X TKR 2, yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis PjBL pada materi gambar proyeksi perspektif dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran gambar teknik di SMK.
