Pengembangan Aplikasi Sistem Administrasi Guru Digital (SIAGUD) Untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan

Abstract


This study aims to develop the SIAGUD (Sistem Administrasi Guru Digital/Digital Teacher Administration System) application as a digital solution to improve the performance of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. The development model employed is ADDIE, encompassing the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The validation results from a teacher administration expert indicated a validity level of 96.67%, while validation from an information technology expert yielded a score of 82.22%, both categorized as "very valid." The practicality test by user teachers resulted in an average score of 94.33% ("very practical"). Furthermore, the effectiveness test showed that the SIAGUD application was considered "very effective," with an overall score of 94.11%, particularly achieving 98.33% on the indicator of goal achievement in administrative tasks. The application proved to facilitate teachers in preparing teaching documents, recording daily journals, and managing digital learning materials efficiently. These findings recommend the adoption of SIAGUD as a relevant educational technology innovation to support digital transformation and enhance teacher performance in madrasah environments.
