PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN MUTU (QUALITY CONTROL) POST LARVA UDANG VANAME (LITOPENAEUS VANNAMEI) DI PANTI BENUR, JAWA TENGAH
Abstract
This study aims to identify the implementation of post larval quality management including monitoring the growth and health of vannamei shrimp fry in hatchery, Central Java. The implementation of quality management can be seen from the value of monitoring the growth and health of the shrimp fry by comparing the FQC standards owned by the hatchery. For the health of vannamei shrimp larvae for gut ≥ 40%, lipid ≥ 50%, and necrosis ≤ 20%. The survival rates of shrimp ponds C6, C2, A9 and B1 were 91.7%, 97.2% 87.3% and 78.4%, respectively. The implementation of quality management for shrimp fry at the fry home, Central Java is in accordance with the established FQC standards.
