Hubungan Antara Kepemimpinan Pelayan, Kepribadian Proaktif, dan Perilaku Suara pada Karyawan Perusahaan PT Semen Padang

Abstract


Voice behavior sangat penting dalam menciptakan budaya kerja yang terbuka, adaptif, dan inovatif. Ketika karyawan berani menyampaikan ide, masukan, maupun kritik yang membangun, perusahaan lebih siap menghadapi tantangan dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Namun, tidak semua karyawan menunjukkan keberanian untuk bersuara, sehingga perlu ditelusuri faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong perilaku ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership terhadap voice behavior dengan proactive personality sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 120 karyawan tetap PT Semen Padang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap voice behavior, tetapi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap proactive personality. Selain itu, proactive personality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap voice behavior dan mampu memediasi hubungan antara servant leadership dan voice behavior. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran bahwa peran servant leadership penting dalam membentuk proactive personality karyawan, yang pada akhirnya dapat mendorong mereka untuk lebih berani menyuarakan pendapat demi kemajuan perusahaan.
