Implementasi Gamifikasi Dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Menggunakan Kerangka Kerja Octalysis Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan di PT. XYZ

Abstract


Industri makanan dan minuman (F&B) di Indonesia merupakan sektor strategis dengan tingkat turnover karyawan yang tinggi, yang berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi kerja dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektivitas implementasi gamifikasi berbasis kerangka kerja Octalysis dan teori Self-Determination dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan di Resto Bakmie Haochi. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain Interrupted Time Series, melibatkan 10 karyawan dari berbagai departemen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner motivasi kerja yang mengukur tiga dimensi utama: autonomy, competence, dan relatedness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor motivasi kerja setelah penerapan gamifikasi, meskipun terdapat sedikit penurunan saat evaluasi lanjutan yang menandakan perlunya pembaruan berkelanjutan pada sistem gamifikasi. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa gamifikasi dapat menjadi strategi inovatif dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk memperbaiki motivasi dan retensi karyawan di sektor F&B
