Mohammad Hasan was born in Tulung Agung on March 23, 1963. His hobby is sports. He completed his primary education at SD Negeri 1 Tulung Agung, East Java in 1976, junior high school at SMP Madya Utama Tulung Agung, East Java in 1980, and high school at SMA PGRI Tulung Agung, East Java in 1983. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from IKIP Bandung, Master's degree in Education Administration from Universitas Islam Nusantara Bandung in 2022, and Doctoral degree in Education from Universitas Islam Nusantara Bandung in 2024. He teaches at SMA Negeri 27 Bandung and STIE YAPISA Garut.
