KEADILAN DISTRIBUTIF DAN KEADILAN PROSEDURAL SERTA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA

Abstract


This study is aim to identify the effect of the relationship between distributive justice and procedural justice with job satisfaction. The samples of this study are 148 permanent lecturers of Government University in Lhokseumawe and multiple regressions were used to analyze the data. The results of the study indicate that each variable has positive and significant relationship between distributive justice and procedural justice to job satisfaction.
