Abstract


This study aims to describe the management of academic information systems based on information and communication technology in schools. The research method used is case study with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and document studies. The location used as research object is SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. The results showed that the management of academic information systems based on information and communication technology in schools requires the support of school management on school operational policies, then the application of academic information systems in schools has an impact on the quality of information and the quality of information systems services in realizing effective school academic services
