KEPEMIMPINAN INSTRUKSIONAL DAN KINERJA MENGAJAR TERKAIT KUALITAS LAYANAN AKADEMIK

Abstract


This study tries to examine the effect of the principal's instructional leadership and teacher teaching performance on the quality of academic services in primary schools in Jatisari District, Karawang Municipality. The method used was analytic description analysis with a quantitative approach, through correlation data analysis techniques. Data collection techniques were taken using a questionnaire. The population were taken from 30 schools with 79 teachers teachers who were registered as Civil Servants in the jatisari sub-district education environment as the respondents. The results showed that instructional leadership had a positive and significant effect on teacher teaching performance, teacher teaching performance had a positive effect on the quality of academic services. Identifying the effect of these relationships befalls input in designing strategies to improve the quality of education, especially in the field of academic service quality
