MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN CALON KEPALA MADRASAH DI BALAI DIKLAT KEAGAMAAN

Abstract


The purpose of this study, focused on the planning, implementation, evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the impact of the education and training of madrasah head candidates at the Bandung Religious Training Center. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. As for conducting data collection, the writer uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data sources consisted of: Head of the Bandung Religious Technical Staff Training Center and a number of prospective Madrasah heads as training participants, Head of the Bandung Religious Education Training Center and TU Head of the Bandung Religious Technical Staff Training Center. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions, and testing the validity of the data with triangulation. The results of this study indicate: that the implementation of the Management of Education and Training of Madrasah Head Candidates at the West Java Provincial Training Center for Religion is already well implemented although not completely perfect.
