Abstract


This study aims to describe and analyze research findings and to develop and implement an academic management system. This study uses a research and development research model using the ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). From the research conducted, the researchers found that although universities already have an academic management system, their implementation is still not optimal and integrated. This research also resulted in the development of an integrated academic management system that philosophically not only provides efficient and up-to-date professional services, but also helps the efficiency and effectiveness of the Tridarma of higher education. With quality services, higher education institutions work better, work more effectively in carrying out the educational process to serve the student learning process. The Higher Education Academic Management System is a managerial instrument to realize the main mission of Higher Education, namely education. Currently, along with the development of technology and the changing generation of students, which encourages educational institutions to always adapt to the use of technology in the service process.
