ANALYSIS OF THE USE MERDEKA MENGAJAR PLATFORM ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AND MOTIVATION
Abstract
This research aims to determine the analysis of the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform on Teacher Performance and Motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Tekarang. The type of research used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive research approach. The data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and documentation. The elements that are the subject of research in a qualitative approach using observation techniques include the research location, the actors involved, and the activities that occur. The research results obtained are, firstly, the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform is stated to be able to improve teacher performance as seen from the achievement of performance management at PMM. The second research result was a lack of teacher motivation in completing Independent Training at PMM due to time constraints caused by a full teaching schedule. To deal with problems by teachers, a Learning Community was formed as a discussion forum for colleagues to make it easier for teachers in the learning process
