Kurikulum Merdeka untuk pemulihan krisis pembelajaran

Abstract


Perubahan merupakan sesuatu yang alamiah dan selalu akan terjadi, artinya segala sesuatu dalam kehidupan ini sudah pasti akan terus mengalami perubahan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Krisis pembelajaran yang telah terjadi diiringi dengan kondisi kedaruratan pandemi COVID-19 sangat berdampak terhadap perubahan pendidikan di Indonesia. Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai salah satu upaya dari Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemdikbudristek) untuk mengatasi krisis pembelajaran pasca pandemi COVID-19 mulai dirancang untuk diimplementasikan pada sekolah-sekolah yang sudah siap. Artikel mencoba mengkaji kebijakan pemerintah mengenai pengimplementasian Kurikulum Merdeka yang diberikan kepada satuan pendidikan sebagai opsi tambahan dalam rangka melakukan pemulihan pembelajaran selama 2022-2024. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi dan komunitas belajar untuk saling berbagi praktik baik antara guru, siswa, dan akademisi. Berbagai strategi dan platform telah banyak dikembangkan untuk implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, sehingga diharapkan seluruh stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pengimplementasian ini dapat memanfaatkannya dengan optimal sebagai upaya untuk pemulihan pembelajaran pasca pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Transformation is something natural and will always happen, that means everything in life will definitely continue to experience transformation, including in education. The learning crisis that has occurred accompanied by the emergency condition of the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted transformation in education in Indonesia. Merdeka Curriculum as one of the efforts of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) to overcome the learning crisis after the COVID-19 pandemic has begun to be designed and implemented in schools that are ready. The article tries to examine government policies regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum which is given to education units as an additional option in order to restore learning during 2022-2024. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum focuses on using technology and the learning community to share best practices between teachers, students, and academics. Various strategies and platforms have been developed for the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum, so it is hoped that all stakeholders involved in can use all about Merdeka Curriculum optimally as an effort to restore learning after the COVID-19 pandemic.
