Pengembangan Media Komik Pembelajaran berbasis Canva Mata Pelajaran IPAS di SD Negeri Kabuh Kabupaten Jombang

Abstract


The need for interesting, contextualised, and accessible media to increase elementary school students' understanding and interest in learning IPAS concepts is very important. This research aims to develop Canva-based learning comic media for IPAS subjects at SD Negeri Kabuh, Jombang Regency. The development was carried out using the ADDIE development model with a focus on product feasibility. This study took a sample of 30 students in IPAS subjects at SD Negeri Kabuh Kabupaten Jombang. This study involved expert testing in the fields of learning design experts, media experts, material experts and peers. This research instrument is a feasibility questionnaire sheet with indicators of learning resource development and evaluation criteria. The results of the study obtained a total assessment of the products developed obtained a percentage of 87%. The results of validation from the subject matter expert of the developed product obtained a percentage of 94%, and the results of validation from peers from the assessment of the developed product obtained a percentage of 88%. While the results of the trial in the small group obtained the results of the product assessment developed obtained a percentage of 73%. The results of the trial in the medium group obtained a percentage of 81.5% while the results of the trial in the large group obtained a percentage of 83.7%. The development of Canva-based learning comic media for IPAS subjects at SD Negeri Kabuh, Jombang Regency, indicates that the products developed are suitable for mass production to be used in learning.
