ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI BAHAN AJAR TIK TERINTEGRASI PjBL-STEM TERHADAP BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN LITERASI SAINS: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
Abstract
This study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that aims to: (1) analyze the characteristics of ICT-based teaching materials integrated with the PjBL-STEM model in science learning; (2) describe the implementation of ICT-based PjBL-STEM teaching materials in improving students' critical thinking skills; and (3) examine the contribution of ICT-based PjBL-STEM teaching materials to students' science literacy. The research employed a qualitative approach using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) framework. Data were obtained from twelve indexed research articles (Scopus and SINTA) published between 2021-2026, retrieved through Harzing's Publish or Perish. The results revealed that: (1) ICT-based PjBL-STEM teaching materials generally take the form of interactive flipbook e-modules, digital e-books, e-worksheets, instructional videos, and platform-based digital media enriched with multimedia components; (2) implementation of ICT-PjBL-STEM teaching materials significantly improved students' critical thinking skills with N-gain scores ranging from moderate to high category (0.41–0.74); and (3) ICT-PjBL-STEM teaching materials positively contributed to science literacy across five dimensions: general scientific ideas, characteristics of science, science in context, HOTS, and affective aspects. The review indicates limited evidence regarding studies that simultaneously integrate ICT-based teaching materials, PjBL-STEM, critical thinking, and science literacy within one validated science learning product. This review is limited to indexed Scopus and SINTA articles published between 2021-2026. Findings may inform future development of integrated digital teaching materials in science learning.
Penelitian ini merupakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis karakteristik bahan ajar berbasis TIK yang terintegrasi model PjBL-STEM dalam pembelajaran IPA; (2) mendeskripsikan implementasi bahan ajar berbasis TIK terintegrasi PjBL-STEM dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik; dan (3) mengkaji kontribusi penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis TIK terintegrasi PjBL-STEM terhadap literasi sains peserta didik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kerangka PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Sumber data diperoleh dari dua belas artikel penelitian terindeks Scopus dan SINTA yang dipublikasikan pada rentang tahun 2021-2026, ditelusuri melalui aplikasi Harzing's Publish or Perish. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Bahan ajar berbasis TIK terintegrasi PjBL-STEM umumnya berbentuk e-modul flipbook, e-book digital, e-LKPD, video pembelajaran, dan media digital berbasis platform yang dilengkapi komponen multimedia interaktif; (2) Implementasi bahan ajar berbasis TIK-PjBL-STEM terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan nilai N-gain pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi (0,41-0,74); dan (3) Bahan ajar berbasis TIK-PjBL-STEM berkontribusi positif terhadap literasi sains melalui pengembangan lima aspek: general scientific ideas, karakteristik sains, sains dalam konteks, HOTS, dan aspek afektif. Tinjauan ini mengindikasikan bukti terbatas mengenai studi yang secara bersamaan mengintegrasikan bahan ajar berbasis TIK, PjBL-STEM, berpikir kritis, dan literasi sains dalam satu produk pembelajaran sains yang tervalidasi. Tinjauan ini terbatas pada artikel terindeks Scopus dan SINTA yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2021–2026. Temuan dapat menginformasikan pengembangan bahan ajar digital terintegrasi di masa depan dalam pembelajaran sains.
