ADDIE MODEL FOR AUDIO E-TRAINING

Abstract


The purpose of this research was to develop audio media training online. Research sites were conducted on the graduate program educational technology at Universitas Negeri Jakarta and Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This kind of research was Research and Development using ADDIE For E-Learning development model. Data collected by using the method of observationss, questionnaires and test. The results of this research were: 1) description of development procedure of audio media training online using ADDIE For E-Learning model; 2) the validity of the e-learning based on experts review obtained good results. Based on product to level individual trials, small group trials, and field trials are also obtained good results. Results of formative evaluation indicate that, the product is classified as good, so the product is used as a audio media training online are feasible and effective. The implication of this study for the next researcher became the reference material in the same study and reference to make better research.

 

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan pelatihan media audio online. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan pada program Sarjana Teknologi Pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE For E-Learning. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan  observasi, angket dan tes. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) deskripsi prosedur pengembangan pelatihan media audio online menggunakan model ADDIE For E-Learning; 2) validitas e-learning berdasarkan ulasan ahli memperoleh hasil yang baik. Berdasarkan produk untuk menguji tingkat individu, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan juga memperoleh hasil yang baik. Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan bahwa, produk tergolong baik, sehingga produk yang digunakan sebagai pelatihan media audio online layak dan efektif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini untuk peneliti berikutnya menjadi bahan referensi dalam studi yang sama dan referensi untuk membuat penelitian yang lebih baik.
